Afterworker session, got to the beach to find Paul on his Syncro and a 5.3m looking well powered up ... Rich and Baydrew on the beach, plus Julian just rigged too. Jeff arrived just as I headed out too. Rich rigged 5.2m, Baydrew was on 5.3m and overpowered, Julian had rigged 5.0m .... looked gusty on inside, windy out there tho ... went for 3S97 and 5.0m Manic, and used last years 28cm fin in the 3S97 to see how it worked.

Had a decent couple hours before had to head off, and have to say the 28cm fin worked better than the bigger std fin, so I'll be sorting out a decent 28cm fin for when I flog the 07 3S97 and can't use that fin anymore.

Wind varied from just right to being really overpowered in some gusts .... some decent jumps but generally just choppy blasting session with some wiggles on swell .....

Can't grumble at that, but should remember to thank my dentist for being quick and permitting me the chance to get to the beach, just when I thought all chances of an after worked were lost
